2. Local Pickup Only

Due to the delicate nature of our chocolate products, we do not offer shipping at this time.
All orders must be picked up locally at the designated pickup location and time provided during checkout or in the order confirmation message.

Failure to arrive during the confirmed pickup timeframe may result in melted, damaged, or compromised products. We are not responsible for items left beyond the scheduled pickup window.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

• We accept the payment methods listed at checkout through our website or applicable platform.

• Because our products are handcrafted, preparation begins quickly after orders are placed.

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons such as inventory limitations, suspected fraud, or customer misuse.

If an order is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund.

4. Product Descriptions & Allergen Notice

We make every effort to describe our products accurately.
However, slight variations in appearance are normal due to the handmade nature of our treats.

Once products are picked up, we are no longer responsible for damage resulting from temperature exposure, improper handling, or transportation.

6. Seasonal & Pre-Order Items

Some holiday or special-edition products may be available as pre-orders.
By placing a pre-order, you agree to:

• Pick up your items on the scheduled date

• Understand that production begins days in advance

• Acknowledge that pre-orders cannot be canceled after payment

Failure to pick up pre-order items will result in forfeiture without refund.

7. Promotions, Discounts & Giveaways

Any promotional offers, coupons, or giveaways are subject to additional rules and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
No promotion may be combined unless expressly stated.

Giveaway winners must claim their prizes within the time specified or the prize may be forfeited.
